Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By applying to and participating in the Nikah Connect Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying. If you do not agree, do not apply to or participate in the Program.
The Program is operated by Nikah Connect. By joining, you confirm you have full legal authority to enter into this agreement.
1. Affiliate Registration
a. To join the Program, you must apply through our affiliate registration page and provide accurate, truthful information about yourself, including a valid email address and payment details for receiving commissions.
b. All applications are subject to manual review and approval by Nikah Connect. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, including but not limited to applicants whose website, social media presence, or promotional methods we consider unsuitable, misleading, or inconsistent with the values and reputation of Nikah Connect.
c. We reserve the right to reject or later terminate any affiliate whose association with Nikah Connect we reasonably believe could harm our reputation, including but not limited to affiliates associated with content that is sexually explicit, promotes activities inconsistent with Islamic principles, or is otherwise offensive or unlawful.
2. Commission Rates and Payment
a. Commission Rate: Approved affiliates earn a commission of 10% for each new paid membership on Nikah Connect that results directly from their unique referral link.
b. Cookie Duration: Referrals are tracked for 30 days from the time a visitor clicks your affiliate link. If the referred user completes a paid membership within this window, the commission is credited to you.
c. Refunds: If a referred member’s payment is refunded or their transaction is reversed for any reason, the associated commission will be voided or deducted from your next payout.
d. Minimum Payout: Commissions are paid once your account balance reaches a minimum of ₹50. Balances below this threshold carry forward to the next payment cycle.
e. Payment Schedule and Method: Approved commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer/UPI, in Indian Rupees (₹), to the payment details you provide at registration. You are responsible for ensuring these details are accurate and up to date.
f. Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a membership for yourself in order to earn a commission on your own payment. Any commission generated this way will be voided.
g. Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on the commissions you earn under this Program, in accordance with the laws of India or your country of residence.
3. Permitted and Restricted Promotional Methods
You may promote Nikah Connect through your own website, blog, or social media, provided your description of Nikah Connect and its services is honest and not misleading.
The following are not permitted under this Program:
a. Spamming, including unsolicited bulk messages, comments, forum posts, or emails promoting your affiliate link.
b. Misrepresenting Nikah Connect, including false claims about match success rates, guarantees of finding a spouse, false claims of religious endorsement or certification, or any other misleading statement about our platform or services.
c. Bidding on “Nikah Connect” or close misspellings/variations of our brand name in paid search advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
d. Listing your affiliate link on coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregator websites without our prior written permission.
e. Promoting Nikah Connect through content that is sexually suggestive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with Islamic values.
f. Directing traffic through incentivized clicks, bots, or any artificial means of inflating referral numbers.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions.

4. Account Suspension and Termination
a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or if we discontinue or restructure the Program.
b. Upon termination for violation of these Terms, any pending or unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
c. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us at support@nikahconnect.in. Commissions earned prior to termination, in accordance with these Terms, will still be paid out.
5. Relationship of the Parties
Participation in the Program does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Nikah Connect. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, or commitment on behalf of Nikah Connect.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify affiliates of material changes via email or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, consistent with our general Terms of Use. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
